Here, we help you understand you, while uncovering the root causes of your challenges and guiding you forward into a life that feels most aligned with your goals and aspirations.

Session rates are aligned with the Psychological Association of Alberta’s recommended rates:
60-minute session: $235
90-minute session: $353

We aim to create a warm, compassionate, non-judgmental space. Counselling is a collaborative process, and we are here to guide you through the process, but you are the expert of your experiences. Drawing from a person-centred approach, we use a variety of therapeutic approaches to support you in your journey.
In this space, there is opportunity to partake in integrative activities such as breathing exercises, grounding techniques, tools for self-awareness, thought reflections, and meditation exercises. Additionally, we may engage in written exercises and modify behaviours. We believe in a strengths-based approach, celebrating your unique traits and skillsets throughout our collaborative journey. We draw from a variety of modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative therapy, EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) and Mindfulness practices.
